Analysis
Party has faced a tragic decrease in its power to the extent of political negligibility but the
Communist Party has a lot to offer to the American Society. The Communist Party has a lot to
offer because it focuses on an economic basis that supports all citizens and does not open to
classism. This intent is to give everyone the opportunity to financially support themselves and
live without discrimination through the process of equal conditions. The intended audience is for
the American citizens, to give hope to those who are struggling and to offer and economic
alternative to the on in the status quo. One strength is it helps decrease classism but one
weakness it is founds a government based off of a structure corrupted by other countries giving a
message to the American citizens that the US will abide to hostile countries’ expectations.

This article, published in the May 6, 1940 edition of LIFE magazine outlines the benefits that a
state-regulated birth control system would have in the Carolinas in the 1940s. The writer presents
the facts and statistics contained within the article without bias and makes note of Margaret
Sanger’s victory in the Federal Appeals court case of the Comstock Laws. The author is most
likely writing a current events article, in order to show fellow Americans what the changing
force of reproductive health looks like. The intended audience is local, state, and national
citizens interested or involved in the reproductive health rights of women. This article makes
clear and undeniable connections to the quantifiable differences that Sanger had already made in
