150 character points (CP) (Street Level, Gritty)


*RM Powers and FASERIP Cap
*All +1CS bonuses cap at INC
(example: you buy RM (30) Fighting and use the +1CS from Altered Human may increase
it to IN (40))
*All -1CS negatives cap at EX
(example: You purchase RM (30) Endurance, then apply -1CS from High Tech to EX
(20), you cannot raise that ability to RM with CP.)
*5 powers Maximum
*5 Talents Maximum
*Popularity starts at 0
*1 free low level contact ( street cop, nurse )

Origins
*Altered human: +1CS to any one FASERIP, first power initial cost is reduced by
10CP
*Mutant: +1 CS to any one FASERIP , +1 CS to any one Power, -1 CS Resources, slow
popularity, affected by devices and powers that detect, nullify or alter mutant
powers
*High Techs:+1 CS to Reason, +1 CS to Resources, -1 CS to any one ASE, May use a
power suit (see below).
*Robots: +1CS to any one FASE, -1 CS to any one RIP, Immune to Mind and Emotion
attacks, Affected by Control Machinery, Can be re-activated
*Aliens: +1 CS to any one FASERIP, +1 CS to first power, their second powers
initial cost is 20CP or 40CP for one that counts as 2 powers

Abilities Cost
*FASERIP: costs a number of character points = to the desired rank
(example: EX (20) would cost 20 CP )
*Resources cost is equal to the rank number multiplied by 2
(example: EX (20) would cost 40 CP
*Rank cannot exceed RM (30) unless raised by the characters origin, then the limit
is IN (40)

Powers Cost
*Initial cost: 10CP to make a power available to buy ranks in, unless the power is
counted as 2 powers then it costs 20CP
*Rank cost: CP equal to the Rank number
(Example:Flight EX (20) would have an initial cost of 10CP and a Rank cost of 20CP)
(Example: Teleportation EX (20) would have an initial cost of 20CP and a rank cost
of 20CP)
*Body Armor has an initial cost of 20CP
*Power Rank cannot exceed RM (30) Unless raised by the characters origin

Banned Power list:


*Mind Control
*Invulnerbility
*Raise Lowest Ability
*Other powers may be added if they unbalance the game

Talents cost
Unless specified each talent cost 5CP
All combat related talents cost 10CP unless listed as a double talent then it costs
20CP
all talents considered to be 2 talents cost 10CP
(student talent does not decrease the point cost during creation)
Contacts
*may be purchased for 5CP
(so if you purchase a contact, you can add it later during the game, until then you
just have an open contact slot for your character)

Limitations
*Power is an item: +10CP
(This can be used for a maximum of 1 powers)
(Available to all players)
(High tech origin may use this up to 2 times instead of once, but cannot be used
with the Power suit bonus)

Power Suit
*you may increase ASE through a power suit. the cost is the rank desired minus your
characters score in CP
(Example: If you have good (10) endurance and want the power suit to increase it to
RM (30) would cost 20CP)
(Increases done in this fashion cap at INC (40))
* Each power bundled into a power suit has its initial cost reduced by 10
(Body armor is required for a power suit and does not qualify for this)
(This can be used for a maximum of 2 powers)
(only available to the High Tech Origin)
