Subject:For allotment of room of choice due to medical reasons.

Respected Sir,
I want to state you that I TARUN ARORA is the student of your prestigious university having Roll
Number-1640991115 of BSc.(M.L.T.) is currently residing in VASCO DA GAMA hpstel from of your
university from 1st semester.
Through this application I want to tell you that as you know the room allotment process forvthe next
semester has been started.Hostels are allotted branchwise and for the health sciences the hostel
allotted is COLOMBUS hostel.As you know I am the student with having difficulty in walking with
CEREBRAL PALSY and it is difficult for me to shift in the new hostel because the conditions prevailing
there is not good and It will surely affect my health.I want to tell you that I hardly manage to go
downstairs in the mess.and coming back to hostel and it is totally difficult for me to survive as the hpstel
has stairs followed by the entrance to the desired floor which is quite and many more problems are
there as of sanitation,wifi etc.
So kindly do the needful to tackle my problem with taking into account my present medical condition.I
am highly oblidge of you for this kind act in future.
