Output tampilan SPSS menunjukkan jumlah responden sebanyak 177 orang
Responden terbanyak berjenis kelaim perempuan sejumlah 160 orang
Responden terbanyak berumur 31-40 tahun sebamyak 75 orang
Responden lulusan D3 adalah yang terbanyak yaitu 136 orang
Masa kerja responden lebih dari 10 tahun ada 87 orang yang merupakanan jumlah responden terbanyak

a. Tampilan output SPSS menunjukkan bahwa konstruk Kinerja Pegawai memberikan nilai Cronbach Alpha 93,2% yang menurut kriteria Nunnally (1994) bisa dikatakan reliabel
b. Tampilan output SPSS menunjukkan bahwa konstruk Gaya Kepemimpinan memberikan nilai Cronbach Alpha 94,8% yang menurut kriteria Nunnally (1994) bisa dikatakan reliabel
c. Tampilan output SPSS menunjukkan bahwa konstruk Kepuasan kerja memberikan nilai Cronbach Alpha 96,2% yang menurut kriteria Nunnally (1994) bisa dikatakan reliabel
a. Analisis apakah kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan
Dari tampilan output SPSS moden summary besarnya adjusted R2 adalah 27,5 % variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi kedua variabel independen kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan.
Sedangkan sisanya (100 % - 27,5 % = 72,5 %) dijelaskan oleh sebab sebab yang lain diluar model
