SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EDWIN A. FRONDOZO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of

Sitio Bueno, San Roque, Antipolo City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint,
PERLITA A. FRONDOZO, of legal age, married, Filipino Sitio Bueno, San Roque,
Antipolo City or JONE A. ABAGON, of legal age, married, Filipino Sitio Bueno,
San Roque, Antipolo City, to be my and lawful attorney/s-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead to do and perform the following powers, to wit:

1. To represent me in the preliminary investigation of the criminal cases

filed against Jessie Antona Gasque and the registered owner of the
Isuzu Forward Truck with plate no. UJD 183, for Reckless
Imprudence Resulting to Serious Physical Injury, Multiple Slight
Physical Injury and damaged to Property;

2. To voluntarily appear on my behalf in any proceeding required by the

Office of the City/Provincial Prosecutor/Municipal Trial Court and to
file and sign the appropriate pleadings and/or responsive pleadings,
motions, verifications, including a motion for reconsideration and a
petition for review;

3. To represent me in any criminal case which will be filed in court as a

result of the Affidavit-Complaint filed with Office of the
Prosecutor/Municipal Trial Court

4. To represent me in the preliminary conferences, pre-trials,

mediations, and other proceedings in said criminal cases;

5. To appear and represent me in the hearing of the above-mentioned

cases;

6. To consider the simplification of issues in said cases; to consider the

possibility of entering a stipulation of facts; and such other purposes
of Pre-Trials as are specified in the Rules of Court of the Philippines
and to enter into a compromise agreement regarding the civil aspect
of said criminal cases, with such binding force and effect and under
such terms and conditions as are acceptable to them as if the same
has complied with all the requirements of Section 27 of Rule 130, in
all of said cases; and

7. To do all acts necessary to carry out into effect the foregoing

authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full powers

and authority to do so and perform all and every act required necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present and hereby RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING, all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue thereof.
