This Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate of the Late SPS. ARSENIO P. AND
CRISPINA D. OVILLA is executed and entered into in the City of Masbate, Philippines by
and among:

JULIUS D. OVILLA married to MARIBEL O. OVILLA, of legal age, Filipino and a


resident of Our Lady’s Village, Bitano, Legazpi City;

JEAN OVILLA GATA married to MANUEL GATA, of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of 1700 Yosemite Ave. #106 Simi Valley, CA 93063 USA;

JOSE DOUGLAS D. OVILLA married to IRBI C. OVILLA, of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of 50 Arbor Street, Kenilworth, New Jersey 07033 USA, represented in this act

WHEREAS, Sps. Arsenio P. and Crispina D. Ovilla died intestate in the City of
Masbate. Arsenio P. Ovilla died on July 28, 1969 while Crispina D. Ovilla died on August
17, 1981 leaving parcels of land located at Masbate and more particularly described as

among themselves the above-described real estate extrajudicially.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises above-mentioned,
and invoking the provisions of Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, the parties
hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition and adjudicate the
above estate EQUALLY among themselves or ONE-FIFTH (1/5) SHARE for each party on
all the properties, provided however that all the parcels are subject to the liabilities
imposed under Section 4 of Rule 74 of the Rule of Court in favor of any other persons
who might be deprived of their lawful participation in the estate of the decedents for a
period of two (2) years.

That in the remote event that any other property of the decedents should later
be found and which is not included herein, the parties hereto agree to distribute, divide
and adjudicate the same, in like manner as herein established and disposed:
