Lab Report Format

Things to take note:

1. Even though lab work is a group work, lab report is an individual work.
2. Please use A4 size paper.
3. Only handwritten report will be accepted. Do ensure hour handwriting is neat and
readable.
4. Report is submitted on or before the next following lab session.
5. Please ensure you bind your report properly.
6. Penalty for late submission: 5 marks/day
7. Please observe the format carefully.
