Work flow

Four steps

1. The candidate completes the computerbased tests

2. Feedback session with a certified assessment psychologist

Walkthrough selected results

3. The participant is evaluated according to the FORCE Psychological Safety Profile (assessment tool)

4. The company receives all reports, one page summary, etc (hand-over meeting)
