JOB DESCRIPTION FOR LOGISTIC OFFICER

In his day to day activities, a logistic Officer will be bound by the following briefed activities.

 Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, funding, substantive units and


humanitarian affairs.

 Will be mandatory required by the Company to assist in escorting materials to the site
 Responsible with all matters of doing cleanliness of the Office

 Filling the gap that occurs at the site especially caused by the absence of an employee
 Develop and execute logistics support policy, processes and methodologies to general benefit of
all mission units.
 Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for
new operations.

 Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics
problems
 Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans.
 Also will be required to comply with any given Office instructions
