ELIGIBILITY
1. The applicant must have passed their Qualifying Examinations Bachelor of Engineering Degree
examination in the relevant Engineering Discipline from NED University or an equivalent recognized
Institution with First Division (for Annual System) or at least with CGPA 2.4 / 4.0 (for Semester System).
2. All Professional Bachelors Degree must be accredited by respective Accreditation bodies e.g. Pakistan
Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP)
3. All other degrees must be recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC).

MASTER OF ENGINEERING (M. ENGG) QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

1. Automotive Engineering
a) Automotive Design b) Automotive Manufacturing Bachelor Degree in Automotive / Mechanical and Industrial &
Manufacturing Engineering.

2. Biomedical Engineering Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering or in any of the

Biomedical Engineering* relevant degrees.

3. Chemical Engineering Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Materials / Metallurgical /

Chemical Engineering+ Polymer & Petrochemical / Mechanical and Industrial &
Manufacturing Engineering.
4. Civil Engineering Bachelor Degree in Civil / Urban Engineering or in any of the
a) Structural Engineering*+ b) Geo-Technical Engg*. relevant degrees.
c) Transportation Engg*. d) Coastal and Water

5. Computer Systems Engineering Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or in any of

Architecture & Planning For Master of Urban & Regional Planning (MURP) Programme,
Urban & Regional Planning the candidate must possess either Bachelor of Architecture or
Bachelor of City and Regional Planning or Bachelor of Civil

or four year B.S. Degree in Geography or M.A. in Geography
subject to clearing (AR-561 & AR-562 two pre-requisite courses.
