    Guests and Delegates to arrive on site of Opening Ceremony 4:00 pm
    Opening Ceremony Starts 4:30 pm
    Addresses by Sponsors , President , Patron , Dean , Secretary General 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm
    Break - to setup Global village 5:00pm – 6:00 pm
    Global Village Starts 6:00 pm
    Global Village Ends 10:00 pm
    Curfew in place at NUST 12:00 am till 6:00 am
