Existing system

In the existing system the exams are done only manually but in proposed system we have to
computerize the exams using this application .

 Lack of security of data

 More man power
 Time comsuming
 Consumes large volume of pare work
 Needs manual calculations
 No direct role for the higher officilas
Functional requirements
 The system runs on apache server so it is needed that server must have apache server version
2.0 available.
 We have used HTML for servre side scripting so the current version of html must be available on
the server.
 MYSQL databade has been used for storing the data of the website.
 HTML has been used for stoting the data of the website .
 CSS has been usded for creating the designing of the webpages.
 PHP script scripting language has been implemented on the system for performing all fo the
client side server validation.
Non functional requirements.
 Performance:
Limitations of existing system:
 The existing system such as gym master is not as much as user (customer)friendly as compare to
our proposed system.
 Th communication with members is not well in existing system because all the data is hankded
by gym manager.
 Customers don’t ger full accessibility to tym center and all permissions ate allowed only for gym
manager .
 Todays system cannot take effort out of finances and debt collection.
 Today system are time taking software and cannot be easily install in operating system like
linux,vista,mc-os and nober. And also need high configuration of pc. Normal pn cannot install in
it.
 Existing gym managaement softeware cannot perform all operation expected by manager such
as keeping record of machinery maintenance and service data.
