Calibration Procedure

For Scale Technicians Only

1 Turn scale off
2 Press and hold “MODE”, then turn scale on.
3 Scale displays “CAL?”
4 Press “MODE”
5 Scale displays “LOAD XXXX or XXXX” (in lb)
6 Load either displayed load.
7 Wait until the scale displays “DONE” and starts count down. Calibration
completed and scale is ready for operation. Following calibration, place the DIP
Switch S1 in ‘on’ position to lock calibration. (Blue DIP Switch on main board)
Seal the scale using wire through the holes in the machine screws that pass
through the base of the scale. 8/08
