A Electrical Installation
1 Preparation of Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings (both soft and hard copies), Operation & 2,500
Maintenance Manuals (total: 6 sets each) for all the systems as specified including liaison
with relevant authorities for testing, inspection and approval.
2 Supply and installation of the underground G.I. pipe sleeve (Class C 100mm diameter) at 4,000
road/drain crossing inclusive of trenching excavation, laying, back filling with sand,
compaction and etc.
3 100mm diameter industrial grade uPVC pipe sleeve for cable entry for all pumping stations 2,000

4 Supply and install the following weatherproof type 2mm thick ground-mounted
weatherproof hot-dip galvanized metering and pump control panels c/w concrete footing,
earth fault and over current protection relay, M.C.C.B, R.C.C.B, MCB, starter, auto-
reclosing device, lightning surge arrestor, SESCo kWH metering compartment and all
necessary accessories for:-
a. Pumping Station No. 1 16,500
b. Pumping Station No. 2 16,500
5 Supply and install the following weatherproof type ground-mounted weatherproof hot-dip
galvanized connection box for:-
a. Pumping Station No. 1 2,000

b. Pumping Station No. 2 2,000

6 New final sub-circuit wiring from pump control panels to pumpsets and float switches for
the following pump stations:-
Pumping Station No. 1
a. Pumpsets 3,500
b. Float switches 1,500
Pumping Station No. 2

d. Float switches 1,500
7 Earthing System 2,000
8 Testing and commissioning of all electrical system and equipment including liaison with 3,000
relevant authorities such as SESCo (e.g. shutdown, energisation, testing witness etc.)

9 Training/tuition to Employer’s staff on operation of the system 1,000

10 Other works not listed above but deemed necessary for a complete functional installation

necessary accessories to each pumping station-
