The document discusses mock-ups of 2-way and 5-way valve manifolds. For the 2-way manifold, an arrow needs to be added to indicate valve direction and the isolation valve hits the transmitter, requiring an alternate configuration. For the 5-way manifold, arrows are needed to indicate valve direction, the distance to the equalizing valve and cable gland is too short, requiring a bottom transmitter connection and side cable entry to be checked for water ingress.

FIELD INSTRUMENT MOCK-UP 24 OCT 2017 - INDY BINTARO
2-WAY MANIFOLD
Add arrow to indicate
open "O" and close "C" direction on the valve manifold
Isolation valve hits the transmitter body, making
pinch point. Yokogawa and Swagelok to propose another configuration with different bracket/transmitter connection 5-WAY MANIFOLD
Add arrow to indicate
open "O" and close "C" direction on the valve manifold
Distance from equalizing valve and cable gland is too
short, Yokogawa to propose transmitter with bottom process connection. In case using bottom process connection, thus the cable entry must be from side. Check whether there is no potential of water ingress.
Add "H" and "L" to
indicate high and low pressure side of the valve manifold
