Introduction:
I made this article to tell readers about the disease that I will discuss, at this time many we
know many people who died suddenly when viewed from the physical still looks healthy and
fit so as to make people around surprised when this is often caused by heart disease or heart
disease coronary. So I will share my knowledge about one of the many diseases suffered by
men at the age of 30 years and women at risk of heart disease at the age of entering
menopause, why do men often suffer from heart disease and why not women? Because there
are female hormones that are not owned by men so that men are prone to heart disease
especially unhealthy lifestyle, especially smoking, people who smoke have a high risk of
heart disease. Coronary heart disease is one of the highest causes of death in the world. The
World Heart Federation estimates the death rate from coronary heart disease in Southeast
Asia to reach 1.8 million cases in 2014. In Indonesia alone in 2013 there were recorded at
least 883,447 people diagnosed with coronary heart disease in Indonesia with the majority of
patients aged 55-64 years. The death rate from heart disease was quite high, which is about
45 percent of all deaths in Indonesia.

What is Heart Attack?

In heart disease begins with a heart attack, heart attack is a condition that occurs when the
flow of oxygen-rich blood is suddenly obstructed to the heart muscle, so the heart does not
get oxygen. If the blood flow is not restored quickly, part of the heart muscle will begin to
die. A heart attack, also called a myocardial infarction is an emergency event that can be fatal
if not treated promptly.

Symtoms of Heart attack?

A heart attack is an emergency medical condition that must be dealt with promptly.
Immediately heading to the nearest hospital, Symptoms of a heart attack that can occur are:

- Hard to breathe.
- Pain or pain in the chest. Chest feels depressed, narrow, and squeezed in the
middle. The pain is usually very severe, but there are some people who just feel a
mild pain. Sometimes women, the elderly, and the diabetic do not feel any pain at
all.
- Pain in other body parts. Starting from the left arm mainly, the jaw, neck, back,
and also the stomach.

Heart attacks can appear suddenly, but sometimes, can also show signs and symptoms early
before a heart attack . Early symptoms are usually a pain in the chest or angina. This
condition is triggered by fatigue while working and rests with rest. Angina itself occurs
because the blood supply to the heart is reduced.

Treatment of Heart Attack?

The goal of treatment is to save the heart muscle as much as possible. The choice of treatment
depends on how long since the heart attack started and the availability of special procedures
in your hospital. To save the heart muscle as much as possible, drugs will be given to
improve circulation and break down blood that clot in the arteries.

Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart has a spasm that eventually results in a stop. Some of the
symptoms that appear in patients with cardiac arrest are patients not moving, not breathing,
and do not react when invited to communicate or react to touch. In the event of cardiac arrest
in a patient, first aid or treatment can be done is cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or
cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

In addition, doctors may use a procedure called Coronary Angioplasty. In this procedure, the
doctor inserts a long, thin tube (catheter) into an artery that is usually in the leg or thigh to the
heart to observe all the coronary arteries. Catheter is equipped with special balloons designed
to open blocked arteries. After that, metal mesh can be inserted into the arteries for long
periods of time. Drugs can also be used to prevent blockage at a later time.

Your doctor may suggest using other medications to reduce your pain and blood pressure,
while oxygen will help breathing. Other drugs such as aspirin and cholesterol-lowering
(statins) may be recommended.

The doctor will diagnose a heart attack based on signs and symptoms, medical history and
family, and examination results. The diagnostic checks that doctors use can include ECG
(Electrocardiogram), Blood Examination and Coronary Angiography
