And I spoke to you at that time, saying:
“I alone am not able to bear you.

stars of heaven in multitude.

make you a thousand times more
numerous than you are, and Bless
you, just as He said.
And I took from you men - Wise, and
Understanding, and Knowledgeable -
and put them over you –thousands,
and hundreds, and fifties, and tens –
to interpret the Law for you.”
