A well framed invitation card with all the necessary details must be prepared.
The students will have to mention: who is invited, what is the
event, when is it going to take place, where is it taking place,
what special activities will be done, who has sent the card. If all
these are mentioned the student gets 0.5 mark for each item.
Then if the card is well framed and the information is placed in
proper place then it will garner another 1 mark and neatness
and cleanliness will garner another 0.5 mark. Spelling should be
correct. Otherwise, marks can be reduced.
10 Thank you note: Mark allocated 4
A well structured thank you note is to be prepared by the students. The length
of the letter is expected to be about 80-90 words
