and timings as mentioned against their names, along with the following ORIGINAL documents in
support of their: -

- Date of birth (10th class certificate in which Date of birth is indicated)

- Caste Certificate (For SC/ST/OBC candidates only). The caste certificate should be in the
prescribed proforma issued by the appropriate authority. Candidates belonging to OBC
category should bring OBC certificate in the prescribed format including the “Non-Creamy layer
clause” issued by the Competent Authority for employment under Government of India and as per
the Central list of OBC’s published by the Govt. of India. Please note, the validity of “Non-
Creamy layer” Certificate should not be older than 6 months from the date of eligibility,
i.e. 25.09.2017. In case, candidates belonging to OBC Category do not carry OBC certificate
in the prescribed format including the “Non-Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent
Authority for employment under Government of India and/or a VALID “Non-Creamy
layer” Certificate (Issued between the period 26.03.2017 to 25.09.2017), they will not be
allowed to appear for SPAC.

Candidates are also advised to bring a photocopy of all the above documents for our records.

In case the eligibility of the candidates is established after verification of their documents, they will be
required to undergo Simulator Proficiency Assessment Check at Central Training Establishment,
Hyderabad, which is likely to commence from 29th January 2018 and schedule for the same would be
intimated in due course. Candidates are advised to visit Career page of our Website: www.airindia.in for
schedule of SPAC.

Those candidates who are found eligible on verification of documents, will also be required to bring
along with them a non-refundable demand draft for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only)
payable to Air India Limited, Hyderabad, being the cost of Simulator Proficiency Assessment Check,
to be submitted at Hyderabad at the time of reporting for SPAC.

In case candidates are employed in a Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertaking, they are

advised to bring ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their present employer.
Before reporting for verification of documents, please ensure that candidates fulfill all the Academic and
Technical/Licence Qualifications and other laid down conditions as specified in our advertisement issued
for the post as on the date of reckoning the eligibility, i.e. 25.09.2017.

Please also note that the candidature of the candidates is purely provisional and their being called for
documents verification does not in any way establish their eligibility for the post. If on screening of their
application/documents(s) it is found that they do not possess the laid down qualification/stipulated
eligibility criteria as on the date of reckoning the eligibility, i.e. 25.09.2017, their candidature is liable to
be rejected at any stage, without entering into any correspondence with them in the matter.

Request for change of date, time and venue for verification of documents will not be entertained
under any circumstances.
