Make recommendations for min’s, max’s, and products to delete based on the results. 7. Create an updated warehouse plan based on the results of the ROGI. 8. This critique is to be discussed at a district team meeting; with leadership responsibilities for this discussion being with the associate. 10. What are the first two limiting factors in the warehousing system? 11. What is your locations pallet size and cost per pallet? Is there a pallet return program? 12. Calculate the direct cost of warehousing using Model Mill. 13. Completes all yield reconciliations and QC88’s for bulk warehouse. 14. What is the shelf life for a pellet, meal, and textured feed at your locations? Why are they different? 15. Report at least one near miss in a high risk area of warehousing and complete the investigation. 16. Formal review with plant manager upon completion of training. 17. Learn LRT functions for bulk and bag. Understand how schedules are generated and what takes place when items are completed on the screen. 18.
