Senior Planner / Forensic & Delay Analyst - UAE - Abu Dhabi

A Senior Planner / Forensic & Delay Analyst is required by a leading International

contractor to be based their head office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Ping International Recruitment are working with one of the largest contracting
businesses in the Middle East to help search and select a Senior Planner /
Forensic Delay Analyst. Our client are a leading business in the contracting market
in the Middle East and Europe and employ over 30,000 staff worldwide.

Responsibilities and Duties

· To assist with dispute and claims planning matters on multiple projects, including
construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis.
· Project based tasks to include fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of
delay and damages, economic modeling, and strategy formation.
· Demonstration of critical paths and consequent disruption etc.
· Demonstration of entitlement to EOT occurring as a result of delay/disruption/loss
of efficiency. Production rate analysis and work cycle analysis to demonstrate
entitlement to EOT, drafting of claim and negotiation strategy.
· Preparation in anticipation for the defences to counterclaims and advice regarding
retrospective analysis for EOTs, prolongation costs, disruption, programme and
delay analysis critiques.
The position is available immediately and paying a competitive net salary of around
$10-12k USD per month plus accommodation, transport and flights. The position
can be either family status (residential) or single status role (rotational).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in the Middle East
- 3 years plus forensic planning experience working solely on claims / delay role
- Degree qualified with a membership to a professional organisation
- FIDIC contract experience
- Experience on a mixture of projects.
