Africa, EU and USA with expertise in:
a) Project Appraisal and Economic-Financial-Cost-Benefit Analysis,
b) Result-Based Monitoring and Evaluation of policies and programs,
c) Public Financial Management and Public Policy Reforms,
d) Management of Public Debt and External Debt,
e) Medium Term Strategic Planning and Budgeting for various sectors including Power and Transport.

I prepared Guide Book and Manual and conducted capacity building workshops for multi-stakeholders on Project
Appraisal and Economic-Financial Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) Methodology in India, Bangladesh, Dubai, Laos,
Gambia and Mongolia. I worked as Professor (Public Policy and Research Methodology) teaching public policies,
research methodology and project appraisal and CBA techniques to MBA students in IILM, India.

I am a Gold Medalist in Economics from the Calcutta University, India and hold a Ph.D. in Economics as
Commonwealth Scholar from the East Anglia University, UK. I possess diversity in skills in research, teaching,
