Introduction

This system is designed to record details of a warehouse which supplies furniture’s to a network of furniture
shops in Sri Lanka.

This Warehouse maintains the details of furniture’s and suppliers such as furniture name , supplier name ,
supplier address , contact, availability , type of the furniture etc. are recorded in the database.

This system has the ability to Insert, Update, Delete and view the details of furniture’s and suppliers.

This is design only to the admin and where he can insert new furniture’s or suppliers and update them.

Problem and Solution

Details of the furniture’s and suppliers are recorded in a file base system. Therefore data duplications and
data lost caused the main requirement for a computer based system.

This Computer software provides fully functioning system to the user with a user friendly GUI to Insert,
Delete, Update and View details.

System functionality

1. Login to the system with given login credentials.

If user (admin) logged in, has the ability to

Update,
Delete and
View (by name or view all) data.

2. Logout from the system.
