Urgent Opening for Finance Manager / Finance Controller - Ethiopia (East Africa) - For a leading Company in Printing & Packaging.

Position :- Finance Manager / Finance Controller

Accomodation - Bachelors status accomodation will be provided

Job Description:-

 Related to Accounts and Audit:

ï‚· Supervision and maintenance of Accounts, Ledger Scrutiny and Finalization Consolidated and

standalone financial statement as per IFRS.

ï‚· Handling the audit statutory and Internal Audits.

ï‚· Verification of Accounts payable and Receivable and Design ageing analysis.

ï‚· Carried out the verification of Export Documents, Sales & Purchase Invoices.

ï‚· Efficiently & effectively established cost management system for cost control & reduction program.

ï‚· Establishing Internal control Checking system and Internal Audit Technique for the organization.

ï‚· Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated timeframe and managing

accounts payable within the pre-set parameters.

 Related to Statutory Compliance:

ï‚· Compliance of Taxation at Stipulated time framework according to prescribed Law:

ï‚· Timely payment of VAT , and Filling the return, Issuing various Form such as H-Form, and C-form Etc.

ï‚· Timely Accurate calculation of Corporate Advance tax and payments.

ï‚· Timely Accurate Calculation of service Tax payments and filling the return.

ï‚· TDS Deduction at appropriate rates and timely payments and Filling the returns.

ï‚· Attending hearing for Sales Tax and Service tax Assessment and Finalize the Assessment.

ï‚· Roc and Secretarial compliance such as Filling Annual return, various Form, Filling, making resolution

etc.

 Related to Budgeting and Cash Flows and MIS:

ï‚· Finalize the Annual Budget and Monthly Budget and Finding out Variance analysis.

ï‚· Preparation and submission of Monthly Cash Flows, various MIS.

ï‚· Preparation and submission of segment wise profitability statement, Product costing. Batch Costing

ï‚· Design MIS according management requirements.

ï‚· Financial reporting (Preparation of Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account) on Monthly and

Quarterly Basis.

 Related to Fund raising and Management:

ï‚· Fund raising for proving short term and long term overdraft Facilities.
ï‚· Interception and Co-ordination with rating agency for providing good rating for the company.

ï‚· Dealing with bankers in relation to financial transactions and tracked the same and submitted the

document as required by the Banker like:

o LC opening

o Making Bank Guarantee.

o Fund Remittance

o Foreign currency Exposure -spot and forwards booking
