In The case of Desmond Peters.

You have been approached by your client to appear in court to

either prosecute or defend Nairobi Criminal Case Number 105

of 2016 at Milimani Law Court before Honorable Simba.

The case is slate for hearing in one months’ time. This gives

you ample time to preparation for the trial.

d. The applicable Kenyan Statute, Section and the ingredients.

e. A theory for your case (both legal and factual).
