RECOMENDATION

Date: Jan 8th, 2018

Zulfadli has been participating in this voluntary group for one year.
As he has become part of this group for this long, he has made a lot of
contributions to this group. I as the director of this group feel totally
grateful and fortunate to have Fadli (his nickname) as part of us. If I should
mention his strengths and weaknesses in this letter.

He has more strengths than weaknesses. I see his many great


potentialities in this voluntary group. First, he has great capability in
teamwork. He always succeeds to achieve the goal when working in team
owing to the ideas share with his counterparts. Second, he is also a fast-
learner. He is able to learn new things quickly. It is evident that even
though he is not a medical students but he understands things related to
health quickly. Third, I can never accept him to leave this group since he is
a good problem solver. Every organization must need someone like him
because problems might happen by any chance. He works together with
other members of the group for problem resolution yet most of ideas are
concieved by him. He knows right steps to solve problems.

Nevertheless, he also has some weaknesses. The first weakness is


that he is an emotional person. He sometimes cannot control his anger in
unstable situation but he is also resilient. For example, when others
complain for the problems in not normal way then his anger is shown by
his loud voice. But, he is back to normal situation again while suggesting
people to find solutions. The last weakness of Fadli that I know is that he
easily becomes desperate in the time he experiences failures. In this
condition, he loses his enthusiasm for temporary to do some new things.

More over, he is very serious with his participation in this group. He


always attends meeting session on time and shares his ideas and
comments on the programs held. Also, he never misses participation in all
programs. Besides, he together with his collegues continuesly finds a way
to improve the quality of this community. He also shares relavant
information in order to know what action to take and programs to hold for
the quality improvement.

Something crucial that recognize is his leadership potentiality. He is


capable of leading people well. As mentioned above, one of his leadership
nature is that his qualification in teamwork. He is moreover very
responsible especially for his own work. He always finishes his work and is
accountable for some intermitten guilts he makes. In addition, he can
manage his priorities in particular time.
