silah yaralanması(OSY). Çənə sümüyünün
sağ yarısının 8.0 sm -ə qədər subtotal
sümük defekti.

Xəstəlik tarixçəsi.
19 Yaş,kişi 20.06.1999 –cu il tarixdə üzün orta
və aşağı hissələrinin dəlib keçən odlu silah
yaralanması almışdır.Təxliyyə etapları ilə yaralı
sanitar maşınla ixtisaslaşdırılmış tibb
müəssisəsinə göndərilmişdir.
25.06.1998 tarixdə traxeotomiya və
traxeostomiya əməliyyatı icra edilmişdir. Ümumi
endotraxeal narkoz altında yaraların təkrar
işlənməsi, çənə sümüyünün qəlpəli defektli
sınığının açıq üsulla repozisiyası və dinamik
rekonstruksion lövhə ilə internal fiksasiya
əməliyyatı icra edilmişdir.
