Summary
In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to

differentiate one Restaurant outlet from another. Lagos, a city state, is now becoming the model
metropolis for Africa’s new economic boom.
Our main priority is to establish one outlet in a crowded mall, preferably in one of prominent
shopping malls in Lagos. Later, our effort will be a further development of more retail outlets in the
surrounding area.

X Kitchen is a locally owned Restaurant outlet that will be positioned as a National

franchise through our creative approach to the company's image and detail presentation. X Kitchen
will provide a combination of excellent food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere.
This purpose of this report is to explore and analyze the unique and innovative approach to
running a successful restaurant establishment, taking into consideration existing factors such as
existing competition, geographical location, access to fresh farm produce and meal preferences
across age and gender brackets among others.
