1) Consequent upon M/s. CACHE FURNITURE LTD. # 3-1-215 to

220, Somasundaram Street, Secunderabad -500 003(Hereinafter
called the Franchisor) having entered into an agreement with
M/s. Chandraiah & Sons
H.No____________________________________(Hereinafter called the
Franchisee) whereas the terms and conditions contained in the
said agreement, required the production of Bank Guarantee of Rs
____________Lakhs i.e _____________________for the above purpose.

2) Now therefore, we the Bank, ________________________ Branch,

Hyderabad (hereinafter referred to as the bank) and at the
request of M/s. Chandraiah & Sons represented by Mr.
Chandraiah do hereby and undertake to pay to the M/s. CACHE
FURNITURE LTD an amount not exceeding Rs

 carrying out the business and non-remittal of amount pertaining
to the sale of Branded furniture “CACHE” as agreed in the
agreement.

3) We, the ______ Bank, ___________Branch, Hyderabad do hereby

undertake to pay the amount to the M/s. CACHE FURNITURE LTD
if the M/s. Chandraiah & Sons failed to remit the sold furniture
amount on timely basis as agreed. However, liability under this
guarantee shall be restricted to an amount not exceeding Rs

4) We, the ______ Bank, ___________Branch, Hyderabad further agree

that the guarantee herein contained shall remain in full force and
effect for a period of 2 years. Unless a demand or claim under
this guarantee is made on us in writing on or before ___________.
We shall be discharged from all the liabilities under the
guarantee thereafter.

5) We the ______ Bank, ___________Branch, Hyderabad lastly

undertake not to revoke this guarantee during its currency
except with the previous consent of the M/s. Chandraiah & Sons
represented by Mr. Chandraiah in writing.

NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained herein above our liability

whether or not the original guarantee is returned to us.
