 Prepare monthly operation and machinery availability and reliability report for NGL GAS PLANT
 Estimate Availability, Reliability, Used factor, TSN, TSO, MTBF AND MTTR. For all rotating equipment
 Support Operations Division in resolution of machinery related problems.
 Update and Follow up the bad actors also track the correction and preventive actions.
 Use CMMS Working with MAXIMO ver.5.2 as effective work tool in planning manpower and materials resources.

 Casing Vibration analysis for all rotating equipment using Data analyzers as SKF Microlog CMVA 65 , SKF Microlog
AX ,SKF Microlog GX and CSI 2140
 Uploading and down loading the vibration data on SKF @Ptitude Analysis Software. And RPM ware.
 Performing one and two plane field balance for low and high speed machines.
 Schedule Baroscopic inspection for all GG turbines in the plant.
 Troubleshoot plant machinery problems, conduct root cause analysis and recommend engineering solutions. Prepare
monthly digest reports for Avon, Dresser & Copper.
