❖ Coordination with Logistics, Project Contractors and Field Supervisors regarding the roll out schedules for delivery and installation.
❖ Quick response in sorting out issues raised by the customer related to equipment failures and interfacing with the development team
for quick resolution of defects.
❖ Perform site testing/commissioning, upgrading both software and hardware
❖ Perform functional test on all parameters of evolution link completed microwave links.
❖ Perform Site Acceptance Testing, documentations and processes, including interface with customer Field Engineers.
❖ Reporting to Project Manager regarding updates and progress on site.
❖ Monitoring of Call Quality on the basis of ACD, ASR, Latency, Jitter and Packet Loss of voice traffic originated
from VOIP telephony systems.
❖ Providing 24x7 monitoring and reasons tracing of all the faults in network
❖ Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound routes
❖ Troubleshooting and resolving Alarms generated to avoid service disruption and to maximize service availability
❖ Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to distributors/ Retailers
❖ Updating and managing CDR’s, Zone Codes and Tariff’s for different products to ensure profitable error free service
❖ Provisioning of suppliers provided inbound/outbound DTMF routes
❖ Applications/ Software’s used on day to day basis are Digitalk, SIppy, VOS3000, Asterisk and Vicidial
❖ Established good understanding of Codecs, RFC 3261,G-711,H.323
❖ Communications management with multiple carrier of Telco’s Ufone Telenor Mobilink Zong and Nayatel
