INSPECTION CONTROL
- Check all the plans and specifications,
methodologies
- Plans are reviewed for accuracy and
completeness prior to implementation
- Prepare Inspection report form (FFC-FM-QC-
46)
- Ensure Fabrication Set-up conforms with
approved methodology
a.Refer to plans for specifications and
structural detail
POURING CONTROL
- Request for Pouring, use Pouring Request
Form (FFC-FM-QC-19)
- Determine pouring schedule
a.Receive pouring request from
operations
b. Check availability of materials
needed
- Check recommendations of QC Engineer in
the pouring request
a.Refer to Pouring Request Form (FFC-
FM-QC-19))
- Check tools and equipments
a.Refer to maintenance for status
b. Ensure that tools and equipment are
in good operating conditions before
concreting starts.
c. Ensure that the required numbers of
tools and equipment to be use are
available.
- Check the weather and bed conditions
a.Inspect the condition of the casting
bed
- Check Concrete Slump
a. Perform workability slump test
procedure ASTM C143
- Making Concrete Cylinders Sample
a.ASTM C31
- Concrete Pouring Inspection
a.Observe pouring activities to ensure
the proper consolidation
- Checking the mark of casted product
a.Ensures that the marking of the
product and concrete samples (ASTM
C31) are the same
- Proper Curing
OUTGOING CONTROL
- Request for loading inspection
Plant Engineer to fill up loading request form
- Conduct Outgoing Inspection
a. Fill up Outgoing Inspection Report (FFC-FM-QC-35)
b. Monitor lifting and loading procedure of products
- Approval of Delivery Receipt of QC Inspector
a. DR is signed by the QC Inspector
- Unload product
a. The product must be unloaded according to prepared plan and methodology
by the Engineering Department
