Note:

Thank you for using this product, please pay attention to the following

Must be well grounded! Please use at least 0.5mm grounded

II. Operating Instructions
1. Power-on state
After power-on, system displays the version number, then the
system automatically enters standby mode. The top right corner of
the display screen LED displays group, Count, the lower right corner
displays the total number, the upper left corner to display the pages
per minute, the lower left corner shows the current operating mode:
P - white bags; C- chase the bright; D-chase the dark;
2. Reset button
In emergency situations, according to the reset / emergency stop
button to make the system reset; Be careful not to use as a stop key,
this key should not be used during normal operation;
3. Jog / loose shaft
In standby mode, press the up and down direction keys to perform
before and after jogging. Press 9 Key to switch the state of the
motor shaft tightness;
4. Start / Stop
In standby mode, press the start button panel or external start
button, upper left corner of the display three points after entering the
running state, then the upper left corner to display the speed of the
LED display, press the stop button or external stop button can make
the system returns to standby.
5. Set the bag length m2
In standby mode, press the F1 key to enter the bag length setting,
press C to delete / modify Key, then press the corresponding
number keys, and then press the OK button to confirm, and finally
press the stop / cancel or press OK again to confirm returning to
standby mode. During setting, before pressing to Confirm, you can
press Stop to/cancel to abort modification.
Note: 41 parameters can be modified to switch this function bag
length unit of length.
6. Set the number of batches
In standby mode, press the F2 key to enter the batch number
setting state, press C to delete / repair change key, enter the
corresponding number key.
7. Set speed
In standby mode, press the F3 key to enter the bag length setting,
press C to delete / modify Key, then press the corresponding
number keys, and then press the OK button to confirm, and finally
press the Stop / Cancel or press OK again to confirm returning to
standby mode. During setting, before pressing to Confirm, you can
press Stop/Cancel to abort modification.
8. Eliminate
Press the F4 key to clear the total count.
9. Set clear
Press the F5 key to clear the batch count.
10. Complement
Button can be switched between the complement and counting state.
Under state count, count will not increase, LED display screen on
the left display "II".
11. Switching fixed length / color work chase
Button to switch operating modes - white bags, chasing the bright,
chasing the dark, LED display screen on the left Next show P / C / D.
12. Automatic color detection
In standby mode, when set to chase the color mode, press the "Dot"
key to make low-speed forward drive servo motor to pull material to
be colored beacon signal input stops automatically. At this point,
LED display shows the amount of SEEK and movement. When
fixed-length work set to fixed length style, this key is invalid. Some
parameters in Gray can be modified using the C168 features.
Please contact us when modifying other parameters.
13. Frequently used parameter modification
Press the blank button, and then enter 1 6 8 in order to enter
frequently used parameter modification status. Press the Plus/Minus
key for sequence number of the corresponding parameters, then the
blank key, enter the settings, press blank key that saved.
Press the Stop / Cancel key to return to standby mode.
After parameter adjustment, please make records in the document
for future checking.

14. Length correction method
If the actual length and setting of the bag length is different, please
check reference number 6,7,8 parameter setting.
Number of settings.
1 –make sure the no. 6 parameter to set the number of pulses per
revolution is same with servo drives setting inside. If the value is too
large, the feed rate is low, if setting is too low, then the feeding
accuracy is not high, will affect servo gain.
2-7 gear ratio parameter settings to be consistent with the gear ratio
of the mechanical structure.
3 - Adjust the No.8 parameter of rubber roller diameter, the way is to
see a large then increase, see a small then decrease. If the bag
length is long after cutting, then increase the value. On the contrary,
it decreases the value. Please note that the reference of the unit is
0.1 mm, that is, if the rubber roller diameter is 70 mm, then the
settings should be 700.
15. Accuracy Considerations
if you want to increase the feed rate, you can use a lower gear ratio.
This may require the servo system with the higher power. Also need
to adopt more large pulses per revolution in order to achieve greater
accuracy. For example setting the gear ratio of 2.5:1, rubber roller
diameter 80mm, in order to achieve the accuracy of 0.2mm per
pulse, the number of pulses per revolution requires at least 80 *
3.142 / (0.2 X2.5) = 503. Due to the accuracy and speed cannot be
taken into account, in reaching accuracy under the premise, try
using a smaller number of pulses per revolution.
16. Alarm handling system
when system encountered an error in the operation of the alarm,
LED display has Err on the right corner, and will appear the error
number. Please check the following table.

Appendix --- Installation Wiring


1. The controller is an electrical products used in industrial
environments with strong anti-jamming capability;
2. Can ensure long trouble-free work under harsh environmental
conditions;
3. avoid prolonged intense mechanical vibrations thereby affecting the
cable to the controller's reliability;
4. Reasonable layout, avoiding inverter, contactors, static eliminator
and other sources of electrical interference by electrical noise.
5. The controller's power supply is 24V DC input; recommend using
the 2A switching power above for power supply. The controller peak
current is 600mA, power input line using 0.5 square Mm or more.
6. Input signal is active low.
7. Output is low, current 150mA, external relays and reverse diode
IN4007 to protect the internal circuitry.
8. The stepper motor controller also applies for Stepper motor. Please
apply according to the instructions.
9. Hole size 125 X195 panel size 210 X140.
