My mom raised me and my brother Aaron Scott born 3/26/1991 alone, while working full time and putting herself through nursing school to better our lives. We were also raised in church, we attended Dr Mack Evans church at Central Christian Center in Joplin MO since | ‘was newborn, we went every Sunday till | was 15 years old, that when my mom through her agency nursing jobs had to work every weekend, We went to bible classes and attended church camp every year. My mom and brother and | were very close and we went everywhere together. We were never apart until Warren Hill came into our lives in March 2016. Everything was great no problems until ater ‘mom and Warren married and that’s when Warren showed his true colors and mom and | were shocked and me and my brother witnessed and called ourselves the police to help get and keep Warren away from mom and the house, and the police refused to listen to us our help my mom upon her pleas to ‘them. Sometimes the police would not even show up and then when they did they were very sarcastic and rude and obnoxious to my mom and yelled and cursed her while she was pleading with them to help her and keep warren away and the police would even say things to defend Warrens actions. It was Unbelievable that the police who are supposed to protect citizens and be role models to kids and the community would totally disregard and neglect the domestic violence and predators who prey on weak an innocent women. My mom tried calling the Chief of police to make her aware of the neglect of the officers knowing Warrens violent history and life time lengthy record of violence toward women and the Chief of police refused phone calls and appointments to meet with my mom. They treated my mom like she did something wrong when she was the victim and pleading for help. Even when my mom had no trespassing and restraining order the police refused to arrest Warren even when they seen him near my mom or our property and the after effects of what he did to mom and the house and tore up our car. My family and no one could understand why they would not help us with him or protect my mom, and my mom would take me to my grandmas and call county sheriff dept and they refused to listen to her or care to help..My mom even spoke with Sheriff Dan Peak and Det Stu Hite and they refused to help..During the only court case they had that they arrested my moms abuser Warren was when he broke her nose and they had a hearing in the Municipal Court house at the police station and | asked to testify and they let me and then Warren was in the defense table by himself and swirling his chair around, yelling and cursing with room full of spectators and police in the back of the court room and the prosecutor and Judge Rick Smith and no one said anything to him just let him act out. Then when it was time for sentencing Judge Rick Smith asked Prosecutor what he recommended and he told him that Warren was already on probation from previous domestic batteries on another female and the sentence should be 6 months and the Judge laughed and said well that not what | am going to give him andlooked at warren and said What do you think. Then said well | am going to give him only 5 days and asked Warren when and what date and time he would like to go to jail. The whole court room gasped. and whispered how terrible and they could not believe he was defending Warren and Warren laughed and smirked and said thanks bud to the Judge and said well | guess I will go sometime next week and | will let u know of a time later | will call ya..He completely embarrassed and made mockery of the case. He knows Wartens violent nature and history and was siding with Warren, He knew Warrens dad and was in court and a part of when Warrens dad was convicted of Murder and sentenced to life in prison. Warren is trying to be like his dad and he will killa girl and they know he is psychotic and violent toward women and don’t care. They defend him and no one knows why...Well my mom loves me and my brother and is great mom and we never had one issue, we come from great family and background, and my brother and me were always loved and taken care of and raised well unit! Warren and the police ruined our lives. My mom did nothing wrong. She tried to keep Warren away and they should of arrested him and kept him away itis not my moms job to do police work or Sheriff work, my mom is not stronger than warren and can not force him to stay away. Iti the police and County and Judges job..They took me without proper investigation and traumatized me and totally violated my constitutional rights and my moms. Judge Fleming would not let me or my mom speak in court and my guardian at litem, ran away from me in court before the hearings when I wanted to talk with him and refused to talk or listen to me and has not took one phone call from me or called me back on my request and his secretary is very rude and sarcastic with me and will not make appointment for me to see Mark. ‘My mom also when she was in college worked as secretary for Mark Fern and that is conflict of interest. Mark Has not once stuck up or defended me in the way | asked. I sent him copy of the statute and my letter | sent according to satutue 38-2242 that clearly stated if | write letter prior to turning 18 30 days to the day of receipt of that letter jurisidcition must cease, and the court and County Attorney and Judge Fleming and Mark Fern my guardian at litem has completely ignored that statue and law and Mark has not once called or talked with me about it or defeneded me and is not acknwoleding that Judge Fleming is violating my constitutional riights allowing me to be free of them since that what statue says and | am now 18 an adult, no one is listening to me and ignoring me or communicating with me. Judge is holding ‘me against my will and Mark Fern is not defending me.Which violate KRPC rule 1.4 a and b. also KRPC rule 1.6 a and KRPC 1.7 Mark Fern and Mike Gayoso is friends with each other an hang out at the country club and are friends on social media with each other and KVC workers and my family and break several confidentiality rules by discussing things about my case with my family outside of court and without my consent or knowledge until I seen the texts, and calls, then the KVC worker came to my school Christian Platt and told me Judge Fleming and Mark Fern told her to come up there and she sat in middle of office with people walking around and in office and loudly and openly discussed my case and then said bad things about my mom that aren’t true, ike my mom has warrant for her arrest and that | am never gonna see my mom again and Judge Fleming and Mark Fern told me to tell you that if you go to be with your mom we will hunt you down and send affadavid to have you and your mom arrested and force you back here, and if you don’t sign and agree to disablitiy and for your grandma to be the payee that you will never be released of our custody Judge Fleming and Mark Fern said and you must be on disability and you can’t refuse. Then we looked it up and He does not have to accept disability and | called the United states attorney and he agreed that they holding me against my will and violating constitutional rights and using threat or ultimatum if you don’t sign is against the law and ethicsViolations and he does not have to sign or have payee when he is over the age 16..Then not only that. (On my dads side of the family Judge Fleming husband Kyle Fleming is related closely to my dad’s aunts ex husband and we were in custody battle and don’t get along to this day. So actually | am related through marriage to Judge Fleming's husband and that is conflict of interest..KRPC rule 2.1 and 3.1 and KRPC 8.3 b was violated as well all these were violated against me and my mom, and we are tired of thiem harassing and tormenting us and making up their own laws and holding me against my will that is. kidnapping and illegal and | have requested | egally to be released since | am of age 18 and did exactly what law told me to do with the letter and my rights are being ignored and my guardian at litem is nor properly or ethically representing me or communicating with me or helping me reunite with my mom and is not protecting my rights against the illegal and unethical violations by Judge Fleming, Please help me no respect for my rghts as in KRPC 4.4 as well.
