ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN OBAT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN

Abstrak

Analisis pareto merupakan analisis yang didasarkan atas nilai ekonomis

barang. Perencanaan yang telah dibuat harus dilakukan koreksi dengan
menggunakan metode analisis ABC, karena suatu jenis obat membutuhkan
anggaran besar apabila pemakaiannya banyak dan harganya mahal. Dengan
analisis nilai ABC ini dapat teridentifikasi jenis-jenis obat yang membutuhkan
biaya terbanyak. Berdasarkan penelitian didapat pengendalian obat dengan
menggunakan analisis pareto di Puskesmas Kabawo tahun 2017. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ABC Indeks Kritis obat dalam
pengendalian obat di Puskesmas Kabawo Kabupaten Muna tahun 2017. Jenis
penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan metode analisis ABC Indeks Kritis. Data primer diperoleh dari
pengisian koesioner oleh dokter-dokter yang terlibat dalam peresepan dan data
sekunder diperoleh dari telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh
menunjukan bahwa, pada analisis ABC pemakaian didapatkan kelompok A
sebanyak 6 item obat, kelompok B sebanyak 24 item Obat, sedangkan kelompok
C sebanyak 80 item obat. Pada ABC investasi didapatkan kelompok A sebanyak 7
item obat, kelompok B sebanyak 18 item obat sedangkan pada kelompok C
sebanyak 85 item obat. Pada nilai kritis obat didapatkan kelompok obat X
sebanyak 89 item obat, kelompok Y sebanyak 19 item obat sedangkan kelompok
Z sebanyak 2 item obat. Pada analisis ABC Indeks Kritis didapatkan kelompok A
sebanyak 9 item obat, kelompok B sebanyak 89 item obat sedangkan kelompok C
sebanyak 12 item obat.

Abstract

Pareto analysis is an analysis based on the economic value of goods. Planning

that has been made must be done correcting by using ABC analysis method,
because a type of drug requires a large budget when the using a lot of drugs and
expensive. With the ABC value analysis can be identified the types of drugs that
require the most cost. Based on the observation got the information about the
control of drug by pareto analysis at Kabawo Public Health Center in 2017. The
study aimed to describe the ABC Critical Index of drug in the drug control at
Kabawo Public Health Center, Muna Regency, 2017. The type of study used the
descriptive quantitative study with ABC Index Critical analysis method approach.
Primary data was obtained from the questionnaire by doctors that involved in
prescribing and secondary data obtained from document review. The results
obtained showed that in ABC analysis, the usage of drugs got group A as many as
6 items of drug, group B as many as 24 items drug, while group C as many as 80
items of drug. In the ABC of investment obtained group A as many as 7 items of
drugs, group B as many as 18 items of drugs, while in the C group as many as 85
items of medicine. In the critical value of drugs, there were 89 drugs for X group,
19 drugs for Y group, and 2 items of drug for Z group of. In the ABC Critical
Index analysis obtained the A group as many as 9 drugs, B group as many as 89
items of drugs, while C group as many as 12 items of drugs.
