essional and qualified cadre has lost their lives or left the country.
We realized and found that the inadequate capacity of the Afghan public and priv
ate institutions and firms at all levels as a major challenge to the Afghan reco
nstruction process. It has been also admitted by the international community and
they have emphasized that the insufficient skilled and professional human resou
rces is the key challenge to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) for
Afghanistan.
According to the above context and to assist further the public and private educ
ational sector, SMART International started their interventions in 2008 by provi
ding high quality training services to the public and private sector.
