Introduction
Thank you for using our 2017 LCS Laboratory Inc., catalogue. As always, the pricing includes sampling
media, laboratory analysis, laboratory report and sample disposal fee. Please email us to discuss your
project at info@labconserv.com or call us at (519) 777-5232. We are happy to discuss your project and
present possible solutions. We offer a free no obligation quote for any laboratory testing.
Report Format
We send signed laboratory reports by email in Adobe PDF format.
International letters and parcels (to Canada). We accept shipping by USPS, FedEx, and DHL. WE DO
NOT ACCEPT UPS DELIVERIES. Please use ground shipping, because some samples are not safe for Air
Services. Please email us the tracking number with short message about your order. Please be careful
when you prepare shipping papers, incorrect papers may delay the delivery. Your courier will ask:
Goods description: describe what you are sending, like “sample of plaster for testing” or
“Vermiculite for testing”
Cost of goods: Your sample has no commercial value, please put cost of $1. If you need to put any
other cost, please be aware that you will need to pay the customs’ duties
If you have an account with a courier company, please select “taxes and duties are paid by
sender”, this will accelerate the border transition. We will reject the samples if we are asked to
pay the duties.
To deliver in person: Please bring your samples to our reception Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
We have a Sample Drop Box located on the first floor, in the lobby at the reception desk. Please take an
individual plastic pouch (provided), find and complete a request form, place your samples with the
request form into the pouch, and deposit the pouch to the Sample Drop Box. We collect samples from
the Drop Box every hour.
