Learning Objective By the end of the lesson pupils will be able to:
1. list some hobbies they know and talk about them.
2. list their own and their friends hobbies.
3. participate in daily conversation by talking about oneself

Success Criteria Pupils are able to:


1. (MS/L) tell and explain about their own hobbies and their friends’
hobbies with or without guidance.

Activities 1. Teacher asks the pupils to identify the pictures and talk about them.
2. Teacher asks questions based on the pictures.
3. Teacher asks the pupils to list some hobbies they know and write
their own and their friends’ hobbies.
4. Teacher asks the pupils to listen to the texts read by teacher and
complete the task sheet.
5. Teacher then asks pupils Wh-Questions to check their
understanding.
6. Teacher asks the pupils to listen to the sentences and repeat them.

Success Criteria Pupils are able to:


1. (MS/L) talk and give their opinion on things around them with or
without teacher’s guidance.

Activities 1. Teacher starts the class with the “Class Cheers”


2. Pupils listen to teacher’s explanation and the connection with
the topic. (Textbook page: 51)
3. Pupils identify the things in the picture.
4. Pupils role-play the dialogue.
5. Pupils complete the exercises given by the teacher.
6. Pupils listen to teacher’s conclusion about the topic.
