The Charter has two Calls to Action for higher education institutions:

1. Embed health into all aspects of campus culture, across the


administration, operations and academic mandates.

2. Lead health promotion action and collaboration locally and globally.

 Use policies and built environment to engineer well-being
 Design spaces for:

 Sleep hygiene
 Create spaces and opportunities for the face-to-face interactions that
students desire
 Combat their propensity to stay in and socialize online
 Use their technology skills and social consciousness to our collective
advantage to advance health.
