1. OBJECTIVE
To ensure that there is a proper administration in reprinting official and unofficial guest receipts.
2. SCOPE
This procedure applies to all guest receipts, both official and unofficial, in relation to proper
handling and administration.

4. POLICIES
4.1 In the absence of the Outlet Manager, the Assistant Outlet Manager shall be the only
person authorized for the reprinting of official and unofficial guest receipts.
4.2 Upon approval of the Outlet Manager, an unofficial guest receipt may be reprinted and will
serve as a kitchen or bar POS computer system printout in cases where the POS
computer system printer/s located in the kitchen or bar malfunctions.
4.3 The Outlet Manager may authorize the outlet cashier in reprinting the official receipt to
replace the lost official receipt or to replace those that were taken by guest.
4.4 Reprinting of both official and unofficial receipts must be regulated to prevent occurrence
of presenting and billing another guest using the same receipt.
