INTERCEPTOR

The Corrugated Plate Interceptor (CPI) is a

high-rate oil/water separator suited for a variety
of industrial applications.

As in all FRC separation systems, CPI units are

built for operator friendliness. Simple mainte-
nance, minimal moving parts, and process
resiliency are all hallmarks of FRC’s CPI design
approach.

CPI units can be fitted with a rotating skimmer

(RS) or a static skimmer (SS). Models are
available in flow capacities up to 6,000 gpm and
are constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel.

Applications where CPI systems excel include:

- Frac Flowback - Natural Gas Processors
- Produced Water - Blending Terminals
- Steam Condensate - Truck and Rail Stations
- Crude Refineries - Distributors
