 Introduction
In this work we will talk about the accommodation, which is responsible
for offering us accommodation with certain extra services at a specific
price.

Also, we will talk about the types of accommodation, the activities you can
do there and the classification of these.
 What’s an Accommodation?

Tourist accommodation establishments (Hotels, Campsites, Rural Tourism,

Tourist apartments and Tourist accommodation) are those that, in a habitual
and professional way, offer to the tourist users, by price, temporary
accommodation that does not constitute a change of residence for the
person staying. They must display the identification plates of their modality
and, where appropriate, of their category.

Characteristics

-It offers to the customer service for overnight or services of more than 24
hours.

-It depends on the stars you have; you can have room service, restaurant
service, pool area, bar area, gym, etc.

-Reservation if in Hotel, and paid after use, in more informal

Accommodations.

- It allows the customer to choose their own package, according to their

needs.

It offers rooms for all kinds of people, and luxurious rooms depending on
the stars.

- The guest can cancel the reservation, regardless of whether he is already

in the Hotel, when it is in a more informal type of accommodation.

- All Accommodations have bathrooms, a small living room and bedroom,

although some do not have the small living room for its category.
 Accommodation types

Hotel
That establishment that provides the service of lodging in rooms with
private sanitary service, offering to the guest basic and complementary
services, according to its category and modality; being its daily
accommodation rate by room type and number of occupants.

MOTEL
are those that are located generally in the vicinity of the automotive routes,
outside the urban areas, with parking next to the housing units and allows
the clients the individual, main and direct access to their rooms, from the
parking area; Being their rates of daily lodging by type of room and
number of occupants.

CABIN
This is characterized because it is in the forest, and its main source of
attraction is the mountain activities that can be done there, such as
climbing.

PENSION
They are those establishments that offer lodging, with or without other
complementary services. They are less demanding than the hostels. Some
of its characteristics are:

a) Pensions do not have a lift.

They have cleaning service.

 Classification

One star hotels ★

These hotels are always the most economical and the least services have.
You will have a private room, sometimes with private bathroom and
others with shared bathroom. They are strictly functional - just for
sleeping and traveling - and have no cleaning service. The furniture is
usually a bed and a chair, and sometimes you can find a closet and a table
light.

Two Star Hotels ★★

These medium-class hotels offer a private bathroom and a larger living
space with some extra furniture, such as a wardrobe or table and chairs.
Usually they have food and drink service, although in cut times and with
basic menus

Three Star Hotels ★★★

These hotels have an average cost. They have ample space in each room
and a complete furniture with chairs, tables, cabinets, television, private
telephone and comfortable bathrooms. Some even own a small
refrigerator that already comes with drinks that are paid at the end of the
stay in case you consume them. They are always well located, either
because they are in the downtown hull of the city or because they are in
tourist places close to major attractions.

Four Star Hotels ★★★★

These hotels are considered first class: they are luxurious, with ample
amenities such as large and luxuriously decorated rooms, including
 accessories such as hairdryers, bath gel and Cable TV. They also offer a
range of facilities such as duty free shop, laundry service, business and
business meeting center and leisure centers such as pool tables or cards.

Five Star Hotels ★★★★★

These luxury hotels are characterized by offering the best service and the
widest range of services, ranging from space for swimming pools,
gymnasium rooms with teachers and children's entertainers included, to a
childcare service, shows and events almost all nights. They have a space
for meals and evenings with live music, in addition to a letter developed
by several cheffs specialized in the gastronomy of the region.
