above. If necessary, please stamp the private bond with your BANK MEDALLION SIGNATURE GUARANTEE to
ensure its proper acceptance for honor and/or dishonor.

All objections to this payment must be raised within three (3) days of receiving these documents (This
Note and this self-referencing Instruction letter) by new legal action indicating why the This Note is not acceptable
for payment.

Should This Note be dishonored and/or not be honored, effective on the fourth business day upon
signing for this delivery, this letter is further presentment and serving as a NOTICE OF DISHONOR in accord with
U.C.C. - Article 3, §3-503: “NOTICE OF DISHONOR! Accept and return for charge-back, set-off, discharge,
settlement, an closure of this account. You are using my exemption. Send the voucher to the address above in
green immediately. Equality under the law is paramount and mandatory by law. I am competent to handle my
affairs. If you believe you are representing me in this matter, you and your heirs/assigns/agents are hereby
declared to be incompetent and fired. Without Prejudice and Without Recourse.”
