[ STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE / NARRATIVE ]

On 01/14/2018, I was dispatched to 1307 Redwood Lane, Apartment "G", in reference to a disturbance. While
en-route Dispatched advised the disturbance complaint was third party. The called advised a female sprayed his friend in

the eyes with aerosol.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the victim, Justin Mcgahey, who attested to the following statements: Mcgahey
was changing out doors in their apartment. An argument started with his live in girlfriend, Michele Eury. Mcgahey
turned around in the hallway and Eury sprayed him in the eyes with Glade Fresh Scent. Mcgahey was trying to call the
cops for help, but Mcgahey was unable to see. Mcgahey hit the call button on his phone and asked the person that
answered to call the cops for him. Mcgahey's eyes were blood shot red and he was covered in a strong odor of aerosol.

I spoke with the suspect, Michele Eury. Eury advised that an argument started. Mcgahey started following
her around the house .

Eury and Mcgahey have lived together as like a family for approximately 5 years. Let it be noted that Santa
Rosa County Sheriff's Office have responded to disturbances involving both parties at least 8 times, dating back to 2016.

Based on my investigation and the following attested statements I determined this incident was domestic
violence. I placed Michele Eury under arrest for violating F.S.S. 784.03.1a1 (DV-Battery). Eury was booked into the
Santa Rosa County Jail with no bond, pending first appearance.

This incident occurred in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
