It is showcase that in a national campaign, political advertisement is essential to
implicate to the people the goals of the candidates, the message they want to convey, and it will
serve as an effective medium to reach the voters in the faster way as possible. Indeed, it is very
significant for it will construct the image of the candidates to portray the most desirable and
good image to the people based on the trend and issues raised in the society.

The presentation proves that political advertisement improves the image of the
candidates. Based on the people’s participation chart hereunder, candidates in 2010 election
like aquino and villar gained the most number of likes and comments in facebook and as
analyze they have the vast number of supporters and followers all over and having the famous
advertisement all over. Unlike, the other candidates gained less amount of likes and followers
but the sympathy of the audience in shares and even comments they have the large
percentage. Thus, it creates a good image and positive effect to the audience and the people
are already aware about what the candidate’s advocacy to solve the issues in the community
not only in print or digital but also in new media.
