The year is 2050

By: Crystal Smith We are in the new vegas now some

years have went by, everything is
changing now computer systems able
to perform tasks that are normally
required for human intelligence, such
as visual perception, speech
recognition, decision-making, and
translation between languages. There
are 1 billion of us here to see when
computer systems will finally be smarter
and stronger than us.

The Studies
In the center of sin city is a corporation
that holds certain studies for AI it is to
see where our human race is at. How
far or not far we are to not being the
Year: 2050 smartest on the planet. Each year for
City: Las Vegas about 30 years we have been under a
new support of government that divided
Population: 1 million
us into certain groups of intelligence.
Each year there are artificial intelligence
competitions held at the convention
center. There 4 people from each group
are chosen, 4 from the cosmo, lux,
ari,and the T.i. Four people are chosen
each year to complete a text throughout
the year until they are finally put to the
test. They are chosen by the test and
challenges they compete and how they
rank them. Then at the end those four
who succeeded will compete the test
and challenges against computer
systems.

The Competition
The test they are put up to aren’t easy
especially the final one they are put to
their ultimate test. They start with the
weapon simulation to see if they are
able to follow depends and not do their
own free will. Past years the computers
have malfunctioned and shot at some of
the participants in the competition. After
that they will have to complete IQ testing
and fitness testing and mostly
importantly computer system testing.
After all the testing is complete points
are added up to see who is smarter. For
the past 30 years the humans have the
won we are smarter and more unlikely
to turn onto one another.
