MFIs, SMEs, NGOs or individuals can now be trained and obtain Masters Degree in well ranked

Universities as part of our capacity building program and also work full time in an American company in
the U.S, and legally earn full time wages/ salary under the CPT-Work-Study employment equal to wages
paid to U.S employees. Trainee will gain practical skills and experience that can be obtained in a normal
classroom by working in U.S Companies and have vast international exposure. This program is also
called Curricular Practical Training (CPT/ CO-OPT) program and it is recognized and authorized by The
U.S Homeland Security and INS/ US laws. Thus trainee can work full time legally (on F-1 Visa only)
however, employment is mandatory as a part of this capacity building program.

The 1-year trainee-work-study program is self-financing; meaning the program and cost of living during
the program will be taken care of by the full-time salary paid during the program. However, the trainee
can decide to stay for an ‘optional’ second year in continuation of their work and further experience.

The trainee is eligible to work (40 hours per week) full time under this program (work-earn and pay for
tuition). Our Agency in collaboration with our partners will assist trainee to secure paid employment/job
(according to the trainee’s skill or career path).

Loan is also available under the Trainee Work-Study Program; this provides the trainee with the
opportunity to secure a loan at (0%) interest without U.S co-signor or guarantor and without physical
mortgage or security. The loan is repayable for up to 20 years. However, it is advised that trainees repay
on time from the job income they earn. Loan can cover accommodation, living expenses, laptop etc.

Salient Features of the Trainee Work-Study Program are as follows:-

 GMAT/GRE not required.
 O% Interest Loan without Co-Signor or Guarantor & without any physical mortgage or security.
 Intake in every four months.
 15 years of education is acceptable.
 Securing Employment through the Fast Track Employment Service Package :-
1. Obtaining you an Employment Job Offer Letter.
2. Getting a Work Authorization Form.
3. Getting your Social Security Number.
4. Explanations to Prospective Employers.

Under a separate program which is different from trainee work-study, our Agency also provides study
abroad loans / finance at lowest interest rate of 7% to 8% p.a (approx) (at prevailing Wall Street PLR) with
repayment options of up to 20 years to students ONLY with the criteria that student should have a U.S.
co-signor or guarantor. With this loan, the student can study in any school (graduate or undergraduate) of
their choice in the US, Europe etc.
