is the network cable connected to where the IM is connected? same network?

can you please try disconnect inverter from LAN2 and connecte the laptop directly
to LAN2 port please

If it is not possible to carry out the firmware update, check in the Task Manager
([CTRL] + [ALT] + [DEL] --> Start Task Manager) that the "apt-cacher-ng.exe"
process is running. This process is required for the firmware update and is started
automatically with the LCS tool. This process may be prevented from starting, for
example by anti-virus software (e.g. AVG Antivirus). If "apt-cacher-ng.exe" is not
starting, check which application on the affected computer is preventing "apt-
cacher-ng.exe" from starting.

Above is the requirement for conducting fw update. I found your computer is missing
the apt-cacher-ng.exe. do you have anti-virus software turned on?

not sure if that can help, basically when you start LCS, there should be apt-
cacher-ng.exe running on the process task.
might need to try reinstall the LCS tool while having the anti-virus program turned
off.
