Teaching Activities
 With real pictures of classroom objects, students will be given pictures and asked to make dialogues in
pairs, asking each other the quantity of the objects in the pictures.
 Then, they will watch a video in which there are numbers from zero to ten, appearing according to the
number of the fish in the video. (i.e. 3 is written and said in the video when 3 fish appear, then 4,5…)
 Finally, they will join the Kahoot game which will evaluate their ability to express quantity.
Individual Learning Activities Each student will be asked to say how many people live
in his house.

Group Learning Activities No group activity for this week, they will study
individually or in pairs
Summary
At the beginning of the lesson, they will watch a video about the numbers of the fish that appear in the video
in order -from zero to ten- and learn to express the quantity of the objects they see by repeating after each
number and seeing the object number. Then, each student will be given a picture including different objects
and numbers, and discuss their quantity in pairs. After the break, again in pairs, they will be discussing the
number of their family members and checked by teacher. Finally, they will do the Kahoot game and be given
homework if necessary according to the quiz results.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan
While they are working in pairs, the teacher will make it clear that they are free to ask if they can’t say the
numbers correctly or if they get confused about how many objects they would say. If any problem occurs with
their dialogues, one’s not being intended to talk about the pictures they were given with their pairs, the
teacher will help them identify the number of objects and encourage them to tell their answers.
