RE: Clarification on attendance due to FA remark

Dear Sir/Madam:

I, Realyn T. Adams, a candidate for graduation, am requesting for a clarification regarding the remark of
FA that I received in Taxation Law Review, Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 nn., under Atty. Agnes Santos due to
the fact that I was able to present a medical certificate when I incurred absences in class. To my
understanding, the medical certificate and my absences were acknowledged by my professor. May I
request that my attendance be checked because there may have been an inadvertent mistake or
omission? I have taken all the required quizzes and examinations in the said subject.
